Payment & Reservation Details

  • All final prices are listed per person in the room title. Each room is Double Occupancy.

  • Each Room can be set up with either two twin beds or one queen bed.

  • To reserve your spot, you will pay a $1,000 deposit (plus service fee of $30) only. The remaining balance will be due in two installments.

  • Once you book, you’ll receive a payment agreement form by email. Please note: you are responsible for completing all payments.

  • If you’re booking a room type with multiple rooms and are traveling with a friend, please make sure you both book the same room type. Then, email jessicabieberyoga@gmail.com to confirm you’re traveling together.

  • This retreat is non-refundable, but we will help you find a replacement to recover your payment. If needed, please see travel insurance details in the FAQ.

Refund Policy

All sales for retreats and trainings are final. Due to the planning and preparation required for these events, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances.

We recommend considering travel insurance or similar options to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.
